My Story

With over 20 years of restaurant experience, Shay has a passion for great food and seamless service. Originally from Connecticut, she’s managed everything from fine dining to fast-paced kitchens, bringing efficiency and hospitality to every role. Meet Shay, Your Baker

Shay started baking years ago saving her recipes with hope of one day opening her own place. Now, in her tiny Bluffton kitchen, turning my recipes into family recipes like her jumbo muffins and butter-rich pound cakes and decadent desserts locals crave. Every batch is mixed by hand, baked in small batches, and shared with the joy of homemade comfort.
